Out along the border of Edwards again. My bursitis is coming back, in both hips. This is my cycle: go too hard, feel pain, scale back, get discouraged, drop off, ramp up, go too hard, feel pain. So this time I am trying to nip it in the bud with stretching and homemade salves. I think I can, I think I can!

Winter ate something dead on this run, I think-- I can smell it on him and his chin is sticky with the scent. ick. Dog mom life.
